• Q1: How to upgrade the program (Fever Screening Manager) for AIO320B?

  1. Shut down the program first
  
       
      - Click the phrase 'FeverScreeningManager All-in-One' in the upper left corner of the running program more than 10 times.
  
  
  
      - When a window appears on the screen, click 'Yes' to exit the program
  
  
  2. Connect the ethernet cable
  
      - Connect 'USB 3.0 to Lan' to 'USB 3.0 port' and then connect Ethernet Cable
  
  
  
       - Check the bottom right of the desktop for network connectivity
  
            If it is connected, the image below shows
  
  
  
            If it is not connected, the image below shows
  
  
  
  3. Update new version
  
      - When you run the FSM program, the program below called 'ThermalTool for Updater' accesses the Cox server and check the FSM version.
     
   
  
  
  -  It automatically updates when update information is available and runs to the latest version
  
  
  
  
  -  When there is no update information, the following phrase below is marked "No updates required"
  
  
  
  - When using 'ThermalTool for Updater', if there are a lot of users, the following statement is displayed,
      and the current version is executed, not the latest version.
  
  
  
  - You must run it again to update it to the latest version.
  
       *The program will run automatically after the upgrade*
